Stiff Neck?

Gotta stiff neck? Try massaging the acupuncture point, Luozhen. The point is located on the back of the hand between the index and middle fingers, just proximal to the knuckles. Massage the point on the affected side while flexing, extending, and rotating the neck. The point is known to invigorate the qi and blood in the neck region.
